apparently, Constitutional rights are dated and should be ignored
so the dark side, in a thread about FBI illegally obtaining privileged information without a warrant, insists (1) the government doesn't do that kind of thing - that's the very topic of the thread people and (2) it's not a big deal because that Constitutional right to privacy is outdated
make your best case to amend the Constitution if you think those words need revision but do not tolerate our rights being ignored in the false belief that doing so actually makes us safer
