Pro lifers would never adopt children. They'd never think of saving a child that a woman has decided to give up rather than abort. All pro lifers care about is the fetus, and once it is born, they no longer give a (*)(*)(*)(*), and think it is the mothers problem and that she should deal with it.
They are quite happy to tell women to adopt their unwanted children out, but you don't see all of them lining up to adopt those unwanted children, do you?
