These guys are neo Nazis. That is a phenomenon that exists even in USA, Britain, France, Germany.. Almost everywhere.

This crap you've posted does not conceal the fact that Albanians slaughtered hundreds of Jews in Kosovo during WW2, nor does it conceal the fact that Albanian Skenderbeg division was an SS formed division to fight against Serbs, Jews, Gypsies and other Hitler's enemies in the Balkans (which Albanians obviously were not).
