The thing that seperates this is the fact the Bomber's were going towards an Aircraft Carrier, one of America's main weapons.
Dya see what I'm getting at? Flying over an Aircraft Carrier is a big thing alright, it is our most powerful Power Projection utensil and more expensive than any other weapon.

These 'incidents' are connected. There seems to be a rising tide of challenge to America, especially now it is militarily overstretched and economically indebted.
