No. They weren't. "Some sort of welfare" doesn't cut it. Aren't you interested at all WHAT kind of welfare it is, or how much YOU will have to pay for it? Who are the "underprivileged?" The ones who "can't afford health care," but CAN afford cell phones, cars, computers, weekly trips to the nail shop?
Those people? Again, I ask...what is this "moderate form of welfare" you speak of? Can you give any points? Can you elaborate on who's pocket these funds will be stolen out of, and to whom that money will be given to?
