There is responsiblity if you cause a car accident, you have to pay compensation. Or maybe even go to jail. It was your fault you are resopnsible. However this has nothing to do with wether you should give blood or not. If someone is badly hurt and needs life saving help, you may not need to give blood, but the hospital bills will come out of your pocket, because you were responsible. Plus this has nothing to do with the abortion topic we are discussing. Please stop wandering of and stick to the topic of this debate.
