And while the CDC seems to suggest that engaging in sex with homosexuals or IV drug users if fine if you use sexual protection, I'd say that such behavior is analogous to playing Russian Roulette while wearing a helmet.

Homosexuals are inflicted with fatal character flaws, perhaps brought on by hormonal changes induced early in childhood through homo-sexual abuse... who knows...? But they're sexual practices are the surest sexual bet to contracting the HIV and while any form of physical interaction with them is ill-advised; engaging in sex with them or those prone to having sex with them, is tantamount to suicide; providing them the legal status which would raise their behavior to that of 'normal to preferred' is cultural suicide.
