Nonsense - all the abortion hangs on one of the worst decision in USSC history (right up there with
Dred Scott and
Plessey v. Ferguson)
Roe. v. Wade. Not only didn't democracy have anything to do with it, reasonable jurisprudence had nothing to do with it.
