Get over it Darth Sidious, colonial times are over!

Your ancestors were British and mine were Belgian, what do they have to do in today's debate? It's like if I would blame you for the deportation of the acadian people, it's simply off-topic.

What your CAR-15 or tanks or whatever are doing in a rational conversation? You should know better. Are you sure you're canadian? I have friends from 3 canadian provinces and never heard any one of them saying retarded things like that. In my mind, you don't represent Canada at all. I was once a federalist you know so I know all the anti-sovereignty arguments by heart. And your threats are certainly not one of them.

I love your level of discussion, simply wonderful

No, USA and India are not British possessions. Yes, Ireland is a British possession. Using your logic, should you too not leave Quebec, since that province used to be a French possession long ago no? Your own argument about why you should be allowed independence buries yourself. Quebec was a colonial possession of France. It just so happens my British people slapped yours into the ground, told you to shut the hell up and do as your told, which is what you francophones should be doing today.

No, I do not think the USA and India obtained independence legally. I would thus suggest more force should have been used to keep them in line. A shame my British people cling to their civility. Were I head of State at the time, I would have crushed both USA and India. Quite violent yes, but both the USA and India would today still be British possessions. Who would thus be right? My way, or the whiny, wimpy liberal way?

The Acadian people were never deported. They left of their own volition. Never forget it. I would suggest you follow their example if you dislike my Canada so much.

I mention our military as a means of keeping you Quebecois in line. Were I to become the fascist leader of a new Canadian fascist utopia, rest assured you would see a new Canadian Gestapo at your doorstep. You would be given two choices, leave Canada, or spend the rest of your life in a labour camp. Quite simple really. Treason, in by far the majority of countries, is punishable by death. As such, if I so desired, I could pen orders to have your head chopped off by that favourite of French toys, the guillotine. You speak of 'rational' decisions, yet it is you who seeks to tear apart an entire country, not I. Who is the irrational one here?
