Seen the film 'The Man Who Sued God?' A mans fishing boat was damaged in a storm and the insurance company called it an 'act of God' and refused to pay up. He then sued the church, trying to make them prove the existance of God, because without a existance, the 'act of God' excuse could not be used.
I agree. If someone labels an accident an 'act of God' I believe they must then prove the existance of a God - otherwise, stop refering to such acts as 'acts of God'.
