Well I for one give him credit for starting a new thread instead of threadjacking the other.

And when a primary source is a person you always have to be aware that they are not omnipotent. For example I live in philly and work in a university. From my observations there is no more racism against african americans in America, and homosexuality is totally and universally accepted. Go on down to the gay bar and have a good time!

However the observations from an urban university (especially in Philly) may not hold for the whole nation.
