I agree with you here, Billy. There is plenty you could do about it - after all, it would be your baby, you have every right to your opinion on how you would want to proceed. BUT ultimately, if your wife did decide to have an abortion you couldn't stop her. Unless you put her in the hospital - which may ultimately fulfil her wish rather than yours. Even after leaving hospital, she could still abort the baby if she so chose. You get my point.

We can't control other people and we certainly can't decide what they do with their own bodies. While a child is in utero the only person who has ultimate control over that is the mother, whether it's `right' or `wrong' or legal or not - it's an incontrovertible fact.

Yes, you're right. We are alone in that. We are the ONE gender who does that. Men never, EVER make up excuses for the horrible things they do. Not ever.
