I have trouble believing this guy. I think his experences he's descibing are totally ficticious. I read his whole letter, he doesn't sound like a veteran or a republican. This letter is suspect too in that he doesn't give his rank, the circumstances in which he was wounded or the unit he was assigned to. Even if any of it is true, his opinion would not reflect those of most other veterans.
