Mmm, I never quite understand how Americans can denounce the UN, when they themselves command so much power over it, and constantly undermine it. Its weak because the big 5 won't reform it, but America always has the power to do so- the other democracies would follow America's lead (well before Bush anyway, maybe afterwards too). I know McCain mentioned a league of democracies, that'd be nice.
