Ok if you started this thread to harp on Obama on this issue fine enough.

However if you actually think he is "done" than you don't "get" Obama.

He has a short record and people are used to just believing whatever he says is what he feels and is what he's always felt.

After this broke he made a statement where he describes Wright's comments as "the inflammatory and appalling remarks he made about our country, our politics, and my political opponents." He goes on to say that he "vehemently disagrees[s with] and strongly condemn[s] the statements that have been the subject of this controversy." and "I categorically denounce any statement that disparages our great country or serves to divide us from our allies."

So there you go. This issue will have a negligable affect on the nomination.

It may matter in the general election, but I wouldn't count on it.
