That is the point! His commander said that there was no enemy engagement! Who gave him the first purple heart? He could prove it, and shut everybody up. He absolutely should sue the pants off of everybody if they're lying. He's either being terribly wronged, or he's the most vile man in America. Remember, he slandered them first.
