I didn't start an argument with you. My original post was to Savetheworld. You countered my post with your opinion and some opinion polls of Iraqis. Fine, I don't disagree with Iraqis. I would love to get out of Iraq. But as you said in your original post,
"I think if the US decides to leave any US friendly government will be killed off and it will either spark off a huge civil war with other countries involved or another Saddam like dictator taking over." I agree with your statement. Which is a good example why your argumentum ad populum is a falacious argument. Just because a majority of Iraqis would like us out, does not mean that is the right thing to do.
Now, what was I supposed to be wrong about?
