I was reading about all the arrests in Washington today where a group of protesters attempted to block entrances to the Internal Revenue Service Building. The reason for this was that the tax dollars are paying for the war, or as one protester states "We wanted to put our bodies between the money and what that money goes to fund -- the war, the occupation, the bombs," It got me thinking, and this idea may backfire but with Tax season coming up I thought a good way to protest the War is to not pay your taxes. Now I know this wouldn't work if only a few hundred or even a few thousand people did this but if over a million people did this...how about a few million. I can't see the government arresting a few million people for tax evasion. It would take a lot of organization from a lot of different groups but theoretically it would show that the people still hold the power.
