Yes, it is something a wise person can foresee. You will lay no blame at the feet of the U.S. government for ANYTHING. You would absolve them of everything and hold them responsible for NOTHING. One can look at Switzerland's foreign policy and see that Switzerland does not go around creating enemies that come back to attack them. It's not rocket science, but it does require one being intellectually honest.

No, I didn't support his actions. Because he kept funding dictators and regimes in the Middle East that oppressed their people, like the Saudis. He kept giving weapons and money to other countries, and he kept troops in the Middle East. Bin Laden cited all of these things as reasons required for his jihad.

Again, with your Straw Men. No, this group would have to be composed of an EQUAL number of troops from all countries, or it won't work. If the U.S. is overly involved in it, it will fail. It must be seen as a purely international force for international crime.
