You can't say what if because the two situations are completely different. Obama has the right to talk about his own family however he wants. I don't see his mother coming out with some statement denouncing Obama's speech. She knows what the point was he was trying to get across. McCain can't say his grandmother was a typical black person because she wasn't black to begin with. This is what people have to do to defeat Obama's points - stretch the truth and not analyze the point he's making. Rather, take everything out of context and then link it to Wright.
