It was NOT planned poorly, Munko. Wars and what happens afterwards are not planned in a sterile, laboratory enviroment. It's a dynamics....ever-chaning situation. It included human dynamics. There are always going to be adjustments that have to be made. Name me ONE war....just ONE....where Every single thing went as planned.
