kosova in 1999 was not a product of a chessgame.it was the outcome of the politics of slobodan milosevic and the outcome is very clear as we r talkin now.
bosnia was the outcome of this too.
u bring facts about england, france, and germany that they r centralised govt that dont respect human rights but this may be in their past. the formed the eu cuz he understood that war brings war.
there is no big country that albanians want, they were attacked first, not allowed to speak their own language etc etc....
every country that wanted to be sovreign ,due to the nationalistic politics of milosevic ,was attacked. croatia, bosnia , and the albanians of kosova
montenegro clearly won independence with no rumour.y? the referendum happened there and they wanted to break away from serbia with a very small margin.not even 56%
and when the referendum was done in kosova 88% wanted independence as montenegro, 2% to join albania and 10% to go back to serbian rule.
this clearly is a prove of totalitarian politics.
