It means that three people who rarely agree on the issues have reached agreement here. There is no vast conspiracy against you. What we are saying is true. The hard part of this message is that you need to realize that you have to change your tactics (or strategy, depending on intentions), and actual change is hard. You must understand that none of this is personal. We actually would like you to start debating us here, instead of just making comments saying how great you are.
