But it does. Businesses all act in a similar fashion, regardless of size. The man (of woman) at the top makes the big money. And they should, they make the big decisions. A competent CEO can hurl a companies profits off the charts, but at the same time an incompetent CEO can cause massive lay-offs and bankruptcy.
