Kinda funny that this comes up now. I suspect that one of my employees is harboring resentment about his paycheck though he hasn't had the nerve to say anything to me about it yet. If I am correct about his resentment, it has nothing to do with what he thinks he's worth to the company. He resents the fact that the other operator gets $9.50 more an hour than he does though their physical work is pretty much the same. Now, if he comes to me whining about why doesn't he doesn't paid as much as the other guy, I could list the reasons. I won't though because the other guy's check is none of his business.
