I think that is too much of generalization to hold true. I work for a HUGE corporation, over 120K workers worldwide. Our CEO is very public and open to the company. While there are several vice-presidents and department heads for him to delegate to, the man keeps an exhaustive schedule. 18 hour days and 4 countries in a week to put out fires? Not me buddy, I like my 50 a week and the weekends with my kids. He earns his check.
