"Breeding like rabbits" and high birth rates are traits of undeveloped societies like Albanian is. Nothing more to say there... They speak of "investing", "stocks", "economy", however a high majority of them still depends on agriculture and big families where every member brings more working force for the field. Illiteracy is a common Albanian problem too.
Speaking about democracy within Albanian society is like talking about antic philosophy to a Zulu tribe member.
