this investigation was initiated by Jeb! (not that I like the guy). The investigation was initiated by Ken Mulaney, one of the candidates in the mayoral race. Mr. Mulaney made a complaint of elections fraud to FDLE, which started the investigation.
He also provided sworn affadavits of those who felt their absentee ballots had been collected using false information and/or had been tampered with.
