intelligent design is based on an presupposition that cant be proven (unless god decides to show up and give us a spectacular show), and the support creationists provide to back this belief has been debunked by science already. thats why creationists sought validation via the courts instead of the scientific community.
evolution is already proven. in science, theories explain facts. the word, theory, confuses some because many use it as if it were the same as a guess, but in science this isnt the case.
