The temporary surge yielded temporary results?

Another puff ball by Dr. Distorto. There was a de facto armistice between those IFs and the Iraqi government, because the government was weaker, and because the al Sadr IFs are saving their resources for a last push - they are probably waiting for an Obama cut-and-run. Now that the coalition and government is stronger because of the surge, the Iraqi government can take care of this unfinished business. Of course, the lib media and people like you will reduce this to "duh, iraqi casualties up". You never give up.
