Joined the church in the 1977, and was an active member in 1980's, 1994 she made a 55,000 Dollar donation, she also spent near 70,000 dollars in Self help and Scientology treatment, 1995 she was in a minor accident but was mentally disturbed. She was taken to a psychiatrist. Once this info reached Scientology they removed her from Psychiatric care and in to Scientology's care. in Dec. 1995, Scientologists attempted to prescribe Anti-Biotics for Lisa, the Doctor demanded to see Lisa to see what she needed it for.
She was dead. Apparently died from Dehydration, Starvation, and Cockroach bites. She had 171$ in her Bank accounts combined.

The only reason it is called a church is because of Tax-Exempt status from being a church. It in fact does not allow for human judgment at all and forces the rules and regulations on its members.
