The expulsion of the ethnic Albanians was going on before NATO decided to bomb. That's why Nato intervened, to stop the ethnic cleansing, mass murder and rapes. They already made a mistake during the Bosnian war, and same mistake was not going to be made again in Kosova.

I said maybe there was a plan. But the plan and the execution are deferent things. And there was no mass fleeing of Albanians before the bombing. Maybe few days before but in smaller numbers. The Albanians were fleeing from kosovo because the bombing, pressure of KLA and unfortunately by Serb paramilitary. But not at that rate. Serb army could not move during the war like i said.But the Serb forces did nothing to stop those albanias from leaving kosovo.To say that serbs were gong to "clean" kosovo,with previous experience and NATO pressure on FRY is nonsense. Do you think we are stupid? When the strongest aliens in the world is waiting for a reason to crush you what do you do? When you are alone in the world,with no allies culd understand if somebody says those things for croatia or bosnia but for kosovo?
The Yugoslavia could have "cleaned" kosovo before 1991.When no body could do anything about it.We could have don it in 1989 or 1990.We head all the means for it.We hade much bigger army for it.So it comes to conclusion that there was no ethical cleaning in kosovo(albanians).Like I said truth is not black or white but grey.
But you did not say about the africa.Why dont they do something about it there.When they are such pacifist.
