In Mozambique, Renamo, organized by the CIA and the security services of South Africa, has massacred and starved 900,000 villagers since 1980. That alone puts the CIA ahead of Hamas, which has probably only killed about a few thousand. That's not to mention Pinochet, El Salvador and all the coups and massacres that wouldn't have happened without direct CIA support.
