Purpose or no Purpose.

That is the underlying question.

You are specifically questioning individual religious tenents.

For example the monotheism of Judaism/Christianity/Islam

Yahweh, God, Allah.

The theme of this thread, at least as I intended was Faith in general.

Doesn't have to have specifics.

To begin the exploration of Faith, an assumption must be made first.

That the Universe has a purpose, and Life which has emerged amidst it.

If you can't conceive of there even being a purpose than indeed, there is no reason
to explore Faith...your mind is closed, it is made up.

I'm encouraging the exploration of Faith in it's many forms.

To the possibilities of purpose in contrast to the stark reality of the denial of this possibility.

Nihlism/Atheism

Baby steps my friend...baby steps.
