I'm sure you wouldn't mind killing all the moderate Muslims, their women, and their children as well. Right? How do you differentiate between an extremist and a moderate? It's not a black and white distinction - there are gray areas, so what do you do with those? Sometimes the best way to quiet an annoying presence is just to ignore it.
