Yeah, thats an important distinction. The fact that a site presents accurate facts does not mean they are not biased. If they don't represent both sides fairly, they can still be accurate (truthful) but untrustworthy as a source.
All sources are biased to some degree...it's just a matter of what is acceptable to you. I accept CNN and MSNBC as valid sources despite the fact that I believe they are liberal-biased. Right now there are no Arab or Islamic sites I have seen that I consider valid sources, because of their extreme bias.
