Sadly I fear it will be bombs or cruise missiles. And probably from Israel not the US.

With the current sanctions I strongly doubt that it is economiclly benificial to make nuke plants instead of oil/gas/hydro plants/refineries.

Additionally you could probably avoid a lot of diplomatic strife if you didn't want to construct things for the whole fuel cycle. You could sell yellow cake to Russia in exchange for processed fuel. The significance being that the complete fuel cycle gives you the ability to make nukes.

Again it can't be profitable to build the centerfuges when compared to sanctions.

Ah well I don't plan on living in New York or Israel. Though again I think Israel might pull a stunt on your power plant since I think they really enjoy that "living" thing.
