thanks. I've found many friends here among Americans. some of them don't agree with me on some issues, but that's not a problem for me. still I have only one officially declared enemy on this forum, that I haven't declared enmity on him, but he said I'm his enemy. (you know who!)

look at eleanor's signature. that's exactly what terrorists understand of qur'an. (ignoring wrong translations) they're out of context, and wrong. that's not what islam is about. do you think if they didn't have islam, they wouldn't do what they're doing now? bad people are bad people. they don't understand boundaries, they're radical. they killed 12 in shiraz recently. that's whatthey are.

iranians look at america in two ways. about 30% see it as an enemy that took shah's side in mossadegh's overthrown and '79s revolution. even tried to overthrow iran's new regime after the revolution. they hate america. about 30% are under great influence of american culture and agree with it. they like usa. the other 40% don't trust america, but support the idea to negotiate and solve the problems. I'm in this 40%.
