I think no. Voting is a privledge not a right, we have no problem taking that voting rights away from people who have been convicted of federal crimes, why not the same action for people that can't support themselves.
On a broader note. Do you believe there should be some variety of political awareness test before voting, maybe only one question
ex. "Name the three branches of governemt."
I really believe you should have some idea about what your voting for before you cast your vote.
