It's coincidental isn't it that the people who recieve benefits usually have more family members in the military and people who pay taxes? Coincidence, I think not.

In no society can there ever be restriction on voting. That segregates and will instantly give those who can vote an advantage over those who could'nt. Eventually, contempt would arise and that would be it.

Last time people did intelligence checks for voting was the Southerners and the Jim Crow Laws. Even though it was not made out as rascist, Black people recently liberated from slvery had lower intelligence than the Whites and thus most if not all could not vote....
