So exactly how do criminals buy guns in gun stores again?
The last time I went in to buy a gun I had to do a background check.
You see a firearms dealer has to have a license. And to keep that license they have to do background checks otherwise any firearm that was shipped to them by a manufacturer then sold without a background check is a ten year stay in jail plus a huge fine.
