See the way I understand it is they basically b****ed Blair out of his office over (at least what I thought was the main reason) his handeling of the MET (figure we might as well start naming theaters ). Now this Brown is in and he's praising Bush. Now unless he's some re-nigging politician (but hey name one that isn't) it just sounds funy that he's Parliment's replacement for a (universally considered) failure.

Is there a bigger picture that I'm not seeing or does this sound funy to anyone else as well?
Maybe supporting Bush is not the only issue in the United Kingdom?

Maybe the actions Brown have taken to show Bush support are different from those taken by Blair, and the Brits are happier with Brown's style?
