Yet with the book of mormon, not a single city, town, base, river, nothing, can be found. Not a single relic of iron, gold, copper, or brass can be found - all which the book of mormon specifically state were in full use. No mining or smelting operations have been found, nor evidence of all the wars that went on in the new world. No history of many of the crops or livestock mentioned has ever been found. Interestingly, there is also no mention in the book of mormon of eagles, wolves, bears, or other animals that are easily seen all throughout North America and revered by the Native Americans.
The only evidence you "had" was "taken" back up into heavan, as if God has some shortage of gold up there or something.

"Ignorant critics of the book of Mormon have laughed at it for mentioning the use of Iron, steel, horses, and elephants. They say the natives of this continent did not know such things existed. in 1930, twenty-two iron beads were found in Havana Illinois dating pre-columbian. Steel was found buried under the ancient temple in Panama. Tools, knives, and arrowheads made of iron have been found in Ohio, Peru, Mexico and many other areas. Ancient Iron furnaces have been found in Virginia, Ohio, and other areas which match the description of those in the eastern Mediterranean and in Africa. Solomon made a "Bow of steel" around 1100 B.C."
"In 1833 Charles Darwin found evidence for horses existing in America before the Europeans had arrived. In 1931 scientists found an arrowhead beneath the scapula of a Mammoth in Angus, Nebraska... The bones of an elephant were found buried with a man and several fire pits."
