Nothing else will be all that helpful.

I think cap and trade is a good idea, but without investments in scientific research, it is pointless.
No regulation will help us to also reduce the use of fuels and the pollution they bring in developing countries- where it's even worse. Only research will.

We should work with other countries also. The French are working on nuclear fusion. We should try to get in on that.

We do NOT need the government to MANDATE anything related to development
Especially since they can't even uphold the regulations they already have ... like ILLEGAL entry in to our country!
