All we are trying to say is if some random punk with no criminal record, and who clearly looks like a gang member, walks into a store and buys 30 glocks, are you just going to assume they are all for personal use?
Maybe he goes into 10 different stores and buys 5 glocks from each one. What the heck for?
Obviously intent matters, especially if his intent is to hand a gun off to some kid who is going to massacre 20 university students the next day. Thats just great, so you still think theres absolutely no problem with someone buying massive amounts of guns for this purpose?
Clearly a simple one handgun a month policy will affect under 1% of purchases, and those are the purchases which most likely have a malicious intent behind them.
