Exactly, but the problem is parents giving in those kids because they hate feeling embarassed in front of other shoppers.

Perhaps if parents didn't introduce their children to sugary foods at an early age, the kids wouldn't be throwing tantrums over chocolate and lollies, they'd be throwing tantrums over apples and grapes.
