Thanks for linking again to a post that doesn't address my points. I wasn't talking about State vs Induvidual voting power, but seeing as its supposed to be the "will of the people", not "will of the landmass" if you were a true democrat(lower case) you'd care that the votes of those in Urban areas, in this case atleast, counted for less vs their rural cousins.
Scrub lists- seeing as thats what I was talking about- want to refer to them?

Well, I know here in Palm Beach county, the third largest county in the State, we didn't use the scrub list, because our lawmakers here decided the scrub list was too unreliable. Around Dec. of 2000, they found that over
445 Felons had voted. It was too late to remove them from the tally. So much for that theory.
