Lets all remember one thing here.

Freedom of speech does not apply on this board or any message board that has a TOS. You agreed to the TOS, and in the TOS it states. "By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws."

It is up to the Mods and the Admin on how strictly they enforce these rules.

You gave up your freedom of speech the second you clicked on the box. "The owners of Political Forum reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason."

Now that being said. I believe that profanity is protected by the First Amendment. But fighting words are not.
