Haha, I think the same thing happened in Gisbourne where my mum used to live - she was definitely a hippy and she was Baha'i. Unfortunately she also got married and got a job, I guess she's still a non-practicing Baha'i though.

Personally I think the religion only really appeals to left wing activists, environmentalists, world peace advocates and whatnot.
