I'd say bad.

I'm sure it has some use for getting information. But practically speaking, how many terrorists do you know who'd be willing to indulge information in exchange you spare their lives and stop the pain?


These guys aren't like you or me. Who have family they want to go back to, and a sense of right and wrong. They're cold blooded killers.


And you know what? I'd be pretty pissed if someone was toturing me for information. I'd be just pissed enough to kill those agent's family and skull(*)(*)(*)(*) their little daughter's corpses as revenge.

I can only immagine what a terrorist would do given half the chance.
